MATERIALS

We use winter harvested 90 - 110 years old pine (pinus sylvesteris), witch is drayed down to 18 ± 2% of moisture.

OÜ DOMUS TRADE can manufacture and deliver the following wooden parts of the log house: walls, floor wooden construction, inserted ceiling wooden construction, roof wooden construction, outer- inside- terrace- balcony doors, windows, stairs, balcony and terrace wooden construction.

Additionally is possible to order the shutters for windows and balcony/terrace doors, Velux type windows, transport to the destination place, insulation material for roof-floor construction and between logs, assembling works.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 4-10 weeks, depends on the size of house.

DESIGNS

Our company produces mostly houses according to the customer drawings. You can send your log home plans to us and we send you the price estimate.

In our web page there are presented some sample models, which can be modified, if necessary, according to client's wishes.
